To activate Hysteria, Alice must be near “the edge of sanity,” which is on her last Rose. However, if Alice is in the Fleshmaiden dress, she can enter Hysteria at anytime, disregarding the amount of health she currently holds.

What did Angus Bumby do?
Angus Bumby was Alice Liddell’s manipulative psychiatrist and the head of the Houndsditch Home for Wayward Youth in London. Bumby appeared to help Alice, along with the other orphans who lived there, to forget about traumatic events in their past using hypnotherapy.
Why does the Cheshire Cat disappear?
The Cheshire Cat is the cat of the Duchess. Alice first meets it in chapter 6 from “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland”, when she leaves the Duchess house, and finds it in a tree. It constantly grins and can disappear and reappear whenever it likes.
