You will need to get your tape extensions moved up by a professional approximately every 6-8 weeks. However, this will differ based on the individuals’ hair growth. If you would like your tape extensions removed we recommend having a professional do this.
Can I reuse Tape in hair extensions?
Reusable: Tape in extensions are reusable for up to a year, they are good for 3-4 applications. Being able to reuse your hair extensions is such a benefit, especially if you have had your extensions customized with a cut or color. Once you remove the tape extensions you clean them, add new tape, and then re-apply them.
How many Itips are needed for a full head?
For a full head installation, we usually recommend 100-150 grams depending on how much volume you want. I-tip extensions are 40 grams per pack, so for a full head we recommend about 2-3 packs.
