Can I cancel a restaurant booking at Center Parcs?
If you need to cancel your activities, restaurant reservations, spa session or treatments and any extras you can do this within your itinerary. To be able to cancel the activity it needs to have been booked and paid for by yourself on our website and the start time cannot be in the past.

How do you pay at Center Parcs?
A deposit payment of 30% of the total cost of your break is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid 10 weeks before the start of your break. Any balance may be paid through your online account on our website or by calling 03448 267 720.
Does Center Parcs take cash?
As all our villages are now cashless and paperless, you could use them as an alternative to cash. We do not accept cash to purchase gift cards. Center Parcs gift cards can be loaded up with any amount from £5 to £1000 and are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
How much does it cost to cancel Centre Parcs?
We understand if you do not wish to visit Center Parcs, therefore if you are within 11 weeks (UK bookings) or six weeks (Ireland bookings) of your arrival date you may cancel for free with a full refund, or you can move your break to a date in the future with no amendment fee.
