What are Battlestones for?
Battle-Stones are items used to upgrade a battle pet to uncommon or rare quality.
How do I get flawless battle stones?
Players will have a very small chance to obtain a general purpose Flawless Battle-stone after winning a match against wild pets; defeating higher level opponents increases the chances of obtaining a stone. These valuable items are not soulbound, and can be sold on the Auction House.

- Go to your pet journal then select and summon the pet you want to upgrade.
- Target the pet you summoned in step 1.
- Right click on the Flawless Critter Battle-Stone in your inventory.

To use a battle-stone, summon out the pet you want to upgrade, target it, and then right click the stone. You’ll see your pet instantly go from poor/common/uncommon to rare in your Pet Journal.

Obtaining. There are multiple ways of obtaining these, but the easiest way is to battle pet masters or players. Brawler’s Pet Supplies, Fabled Pandaren Pet Supplies or Pandaren Spirit Pet Supplies and a few others are obtained that way via quests.
